Line protection against overload and short circuit

This work includes a theoretical treatise on the operation of electrical wiring for the overload and short circuit. This is mainly on thermal effects of over current and their influence on the properties of conductors and insulation. Work Includes links to determine the load current, depending on the properties of leadership and its surroundings. It also deals with the protection of conductors against overload and short circuit. The work includes measurements process of warming wires. Practical project of proposal circuit is created using SICHR. The project includes proposals of conductor’s sizes and safety components for both residential building and individual flats.

Proposal of a Business Strategy for a Real Estate Agency

This thesis, entitled "Proposal for a real estate agency business strategy", deals with the theory and practice of strategic management. The theoretical part deals with the establishment of an SME, a successful business plan assumptions and modern management methods. This part describes the process of implementing a strategic analysis of business which introduces the optimal strategy. The practical part is analyzing specific newly formed company, which is a comprehensive strategic analysis conducted both his surroundings, and the government's socio-economic environment, including Porter's competitive forces model, both strategic analysis is also subject to internal company environment. Based on the lessons learned is a SWOT analysis provided. The main contribution of my work is a comprehensive proposal of the optimal strategy for the company in the future. The conclusion evaluates the effect of foundation of the business.
Design and Optimization of Automated Trading System

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and optimization of the automatic trading system in the foreign exchange market. The thesis contains the principle of functioning of the Forex market brokerage practices and last but not least the author describes the development of the automatic trading system with the search for profitable setting. This work can serve as a small guide for an investor who wants to trade on Forex.

This bachelor thesis deals with exploration of possibilities in regard to automatic integration of devices into Home Assistant and creating a demonstration model of home automation. The theoretical part of this work presents the MQTT protocol, presentation containing description of functionality and comparison with the HTTP protocol. Furthermore, explanation of specific concepts for MQTT such as QoS, types of messages, possibilities of filtration etc.Introduction of the ZigBee communication standard. Following section introduces Open source platform Home assistant, description of architecture, various options of integrating devices, characterization and disadvantages of particular types of installations. Subsequently, I will describe alternatives of MQTT integration in Home Assistant and compare advantages and disadvantages. In the last section of this paper the reader is familiarized with final results, description of MQTT discovery protocol, test of ESP HOME platform and verification of functionality of automatic integration

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the design and implementation of a web application intended for calculating the income tax of individuals regarding the sale of securities in the Czech Republic. The selection of technologies used to ad-dress this issue is then discussed. Following this, an analysis of the problem itself is presented along with a subsequent application design. The thesis also describes the implementation of the application with a focus on data validity, security, oper-ability across various operating systems, testing and ultimately the deployment of the application on the web. In conclusion, a discussion is conducted regarding potential application expansions. The result is an application addressing the aforementioned problem.

Comparison of the motor insurance market in the Czech Republic and abroad

This thesis provides a comparison of the insurance market in the Czech Republic with select countries around the world. The main aim of the thesis is to identify differences in motor insurance in ten select countries around the world. The author defines various types of products and their differences, provides a comparison of insurance markets in relation to: legislation and the definition of certain products. In order to provide appropriate coverage, the author uses a method of indexation and absolute price. As a result of this work the reader will be better able to select the best insurance product available on a given market for the customer based on a set of conditions.

Title: Customer satisfaction research for a company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. trough the method of Net Promoter Score. Goals: The ain is to analyze satisfaction and loyalty with company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. and propose measures that would lead to increased satisfaction and loyalty both of the sides - the customer on the one side and company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. on the other. Methods: Satisfaction and loyalty were measured using the Net Promoter Score. It is a tool that allows rapid measurement of customer loyalty. Question: 'How likely is that you recommend us to your friends?" was sent to 400 respondents. This issue was further extended verbal evaluation. Some shortcomings I sought a solution with the product manager of the company. Results: The company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. is broker of insurance for czech insurance company. The result of method Net Promoter Score is hopeful. The customers are very contented with this company and they are loyal. In second part of research the customers warm about some shortcomings. On these shortcomings I was looking for a solution with Product manager of the company.
